I work there and applied for this position internally. The interview process was 2.5 STRAIT HOURS of 4 different people asking canned behaviorial questions from HR. Toward the end I gave up trying to come up with the um-teenth example of a creative solution to XYZ problem. The interview and the job position was significantly different from what was posted on the req because HR posted a canned description. I am not going to take the job because it is significanlty different than what I expected.
