Rogers Communications Customer Service Representative interview questions

The pre qualifying background check was incredible. They use Foundever, it was exhausting going back 10 years for address and employment history. Various IDs and even a brief zoom later I showed my face and held up my ID. I understand why it must be so extensive, but it was sooooooo much more than I had ever done for a job. It was frustrating. As frustrating as it was working for Rogers. I left after a couple of months.

Good. Chill. Nothing too difficult. They don"t ask for a lot. Just be legally able to work in Canada. Not much more to say. A lot of words requested. French required.
