I worked at Rogers Communications full-time

    Pros

Work life balance is great, benefits are amazing.

    Cons

Very siloed organization, difficult for career progression - promotions are generally done by tenure not talent

    Advice to Management

Work on horizontal integration of departments, there is a lot of synergies that could be had, and a lot of operational benefits that could be found by restructuring how various divisions and models work together.
