      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Roland Berger

      Interview

Submit a CV then invited to do an online number, verbal and logical reasoning test. Go through 5 interviews (first 2 with senior consultant and project manager, next 2 with principal and country head and final interview with region head).

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

First round of interview tends to be structured full case where candidates are given a prompt, then do a full case study with exhibits. Second round will be more free form and less structured. Final round will be very unstructured brain teasers. Quite a lot of market sizing.
