I have been working at Roland Berger full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great people, high level of responsibility at all levels, great brand, one of the best work-life balances in the consulting industry, not much travel required

    Cons

High focus on due diligence work (but this is changing). Some projects can be demanding and make it difficult to plan social life in advance (but not worse than other consulting companies and there is also some level of flexibility)

    Advice to Management

Keep working on expanding into additional industries

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Roland Berger in October 2019.

    Interview

I applied through the graduate program portal and got a phone interview 4 weeks after submitting my online application and finishing an online test. The interview was mainly based on case. I only got one behavioral question, followed by 2 mini cases, one to do industry analysis and determine the market driver, the other one is a market sizing.
