Interview
I had a phone interview after speaking with recruiters at my college campus. The phone interview was very easy and I received an email not too long after asking for an interview in the New York Buying Office. In New York, there were four separate interviews, two with buyers and two with planners. A lot of behavioral questions. The interviews were fairly easy and all the employees were very nice. Some interviewers were more difficult than others.

They are in the business of ghosting people, even after going through 3 rounds of interviews that all went well according to them. Vague, and very misleading throughout the “interview” process.

Very long and intense. Asked a lot of questions about my connections, especially any connections in the wholesale business. Also why I want to be in Manhattan. Asked me to give an example of Excel functions that you know and when you would use them.
