As is professional, I arrived at least 10 minutes early to my interview and was told to wait for the interviewer at the front. I was there for 45 minutes after my appointment before she was finally called to the front because at that time another interviewee was also waiting. We were then BOTH marched to the back of the store to some back room where we were 'interviewed.' The interviewer was very unprofessional and unprepared, she apologized for the wait and then asked why we were late!
