I applied online through SAP's job portal in mid September and was soon contacted by HR. The HR representative was highly professional and handled the process with exceptional care, despite some minor hiccups along the way. The interview process was thorough, consisting of of 5 rounds, 1. OA 2. HR interview: A 'get-to-know-you' session that explored my career goals and reasons for choosing SAP. 3. Online technical interview - This round involved 2 medium LeetCode questions and OOP-related questions, The interviewers were approachable and seemed genuinely interested in learning more about my past projects and delved into my resume in great detail. 4. On-site technical interview - Focused on system design and database management. I was also asked to code in Python on the spot, followed by some behavioral questions such as Why SAP? Why AI Developer? 5. On-site behavioral interview: Final session covered behavioral questions about your strengths, willingness to learn, and motivations for pursuing the AI Developer role, etc. Despite the lengthy process, I was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of everyone I interacted with. The HR was incredibly prompt, I received offer on the same day as my final interview. Overall, it was a seamless and highly enjoyable experience.
