Interview
The interview was done with three employees. Two were in my future team mates and the third the group leader. They were really relaxed - as so the atmosphere - and gave me enough time to express myself.
Actually the whole interview was more about getting to know if I fit to the team than getting to know my knowledge. That's what was also confirmed afterwards.
In the beginning, we started with basic background questions. They went specifically into one position on my CV and asked me every little detail about it. That position was extremely relevant for the team leader and about 30% of the interview was about that.
