My interview process at Salesforce went very smoothly. I started out with a phone screen with Recruiting, followed by a 30-minute phone interview, followed by an onsite interview. My recruiter and recruiting coordinator were both a joy to work with.

What are your top strengths as an EA and what are your weaknesses or areas of improvement?
Positive experience. It was smooth and the interviewers put you at ease. I don't have anything bad to say. It was a good experience and wouldn't be afraid to apply again.
She started the meeting saying the person I would work for was at the office at 6am and would leave at 6:30 pm. I had to be available evenings and afternoons.
Very smooth and quick feedback. 2 to 4 rounds of interview. Some panel some individual. Easy to communicate with the recruiter and the coordinators. They are great at answering questions.
