I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (London, England) in May 2018
Interview
I interviewed for a maternity cover role within Salesforce.org. Due to gaining another position I had to withdraw from the process but I was really impressed with the communication throughout and my recruiter even offered congratulations when I informed her I had secured another role.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (London, England) in Oct 2025
Interview
I applied through a referral and had a fantastic interview experience, four rounds completed over the course of four weeks. The only disappointing aspect was the outcome and feedback process.
After my final interview, I waited ten days without receiving an update on the panel’s decision. I eventually reached out to the recruiter, who informed me via phone that the team had decided to move forward with another candidate who had stronger project management experience. While I appreciated the call, the feedback was quite general and didn’t provide enough insight to help me identify areas for improvement or understand what may have fallen short.
Given the time and effort invested in four interview rounds, I would encourage offering more detailed feedback to future candidates. Constructive, specific feedback would be greatly valued and help applicants continue to grow from the experience.
