They first got into contact with me through LinkedIn. You are helped by a recruitment supervisor. This is the person of contact throughout the whole recruitment process.
You have different steps:
1. A first call to discuss the job and see if you can be interested or not: really short, a 15-20 minutes call, you get to know better the job and the company.
2. A second interview call with some questions related to your CV, resume, motivations, experiences, etc. (The first two calls are with your recruitment supervisor): 30 min interview, use the STAR technique, and ask questions.
3. A third interview call with one of the managers of the job you are applying for. 45 mins interview, review the company's key points + the overall industry of new tech and CRM. Be precise and show why you are a good fit.
4. Assessment Day with a Business case: you are invited to go to Dublin to the Salesforce office to do the assessment day. As I was unable to travel, I could do it remotely:
- 20 min presentation of the business case (they send it to you one week prior to your interview to prepare it) with 10 slides max presentation + 15 min of Q&A.
- 30-40min one-to-one interview with another manager. For this day, be really prepared. Do the research, go beyond what you know already, read articles, check on some videos on YouTube, etc and ALSO, respect the timing but don't rush. ASK QUESTIONS, ALWAYS
