I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Salesforce in Jan 2013
Interview
A very extensive interview process with peer interviews, interviews with the Account Executives, senior sales management, etc.
Several telephone interviews, culminating in an in-person interview and mock presentation.

Question 1
Not really any difficult questions, Salesforce.com seems to be more focused on fit than technical validation, but this may depend on your resume.
The interview process was thorough and challenging, but ultimately a positive experience. Glenn and Steve were very friendly to talk to. Admittedly the process was longer than I might normally expect, with weeks between communications

If you could solve any one problem in the world, what would it be?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Salesforce (San Antonio, TX) in Jan 2022
Interview
I was reached out to a few months ago while job searching by a recruiter. I have had a former coworker join SF and heard decent things about the culture and pay. I only had one interview that I cut short as the first question they asked was why I chose to take the interview to which I explained the above. Then they asked me a handful of interrogation questions like what I knew about their culture, how it was different, what were my expectations in salary, but this was done in a rapid fire way and in a very rude manner and framed more hypothetically. I don’t think they actually wanted me to answer, they were trying to test me. I ended the call.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Salesforce

Six 30 min interviews with different team members and other key teams. Plus a final panel presentation where interviewees role play a customer and you present to them as a Sales Engineer
