3. Manager round
You just need be confident and a bit fluent English will not hurt for 2 & 3
As for the first round, you should be good with troubleshooting skills like Debug logs, where to look when error has occured

Interview
Got a Recruiter Email and a call with recruiter. Three Video Conference Interviews:
1. With Hiring Director (1 Hour)
2. Technical Interview with Engineer (1 Hour)
3. One Behavioral Interview with Sales Manager for understanding candidate better ( 1 Hour)
After the above calls, I was invited onsite at Salesforce HQ. In the On Site Panel Interview - A Technical Presentation of Mulesoft Application project assignment and Demo of the Application was the assignment.

Interview
HR screening, behavioral interview with the hiring manager, technical round and a face-to-face presentation as the role is client facing.
Interviewed for CSE but got offered Technical Architect after the interviews
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Indianapolis, IN)
Interview
I was reached out to by a Recruiter. There was a total of five interviews, one by the recruiter, one a hiring manager, an onsite panel interview, the director, and my future team.
There was also a five minute test on basic coding.
The entire experience was positive and my recruiter always kept me in the loop on what was going on.
