- Interview with the recruiter for the initial determination
- 3 managers with separate interviews from both the commercial and enterprise pharma team
- Panel demonstration with 5 peers to provide them a baseline view of your capabilities

Question 1
Questions were focused on abilities and views that were related to job requirements.
It was a fairly easy process, with the first through 3rd interviews taking place over three weeks. After the final panel interview, it took nearly a month before I received a rejection.
The interview process was really positive overall. It moved quite quickly, but it still felt detailed and well-structured. Each conversation gave me a clearer sense of the role, the team, and what Salesforce was looking for in an FP&A Manager. The interviewers were professional, prepared, and asked thoughtful questions about my experience, business partnering style, financial planning background, and how I approach ambiguity. It felt like a good mix of technical FP&A discussion and broader questions around stakeholder management, communication, and fit with the team.

one question they asked was how I would partner with senior stakeholders to support planning and decision-making in a fast-moving business environment.
It was more of a lengthy interview process and they were certainly diligent about making sure to find the right one! Be sure to study up and take notes after each interview.
