The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (New York, NY) in Jan 2024
Interview
The sales interview process at Salesforce is designed to thoroughly assess candidates' sales acumen, alignment with Salesforce's values, and potential for success within the company. It typically begins with a comprehensive phone interview led by a recruiter, where candidates discuss their sales background, achievements, and motivation for joining Salesforce. Successful candidates then progress to a series of interviews with various stakeholders, including hiring managers, sales leaders, and potentially team members. These interviews delve deep into candidates' sales experience through behavioral questions, role-playing scenarios, and discussions on handling sales challenges and objections.
Took a bit longer with scheduling - but otherwise pretty smoothe. Call with a couple recruiters then an onsite with some of the managers. Lots of behavioral and situational questions
Quick with lots of different people included, several rounds, no softball, overall a pretty interesting experience. I'd be curious about their cut throat culture. Feel free to share your feedback as well.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Dublin, Dublin) in Jan 2026
Interview
Fair interview process with 4 stages, precise recruiters, the company provided additional support for preparation with materials, extra call with the recruiter before the case, . Doable process but you need to be really well prepared to show that you are the one they want.
