      Interview

The interview process was composed of four distinct stages. It began with an initial screening interview conducted by a representative from the Human Resources department. This was followed by two technical interviews (one of them included a practical exercise that needed to be completed successfully). The final stage was an interview with the prospective manager, providing an opportunity to discuss the role in more detail and evaluate compatibility with the team.

      Support Engineer Interview

      6 Apr 2023
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Salesforce

      Interview

I was contacted by a recruiter about the position asking for potential times for a phone screen and after responding didn't hear back for around a month. When I did hear back it was with an unscheduled impromptu phone screen. I met with a higher level manager, which sent well. I moved on to the second interview, which turned out to be a technical interview but I wasn't made aware of that detail so I was not prepared. That interview went poorly and was very embarrassing.
