I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (San Francisco, CA) in Jul 2025
Interview
3-round interview process - 1st Round: Exploratory discussion with Talent Attraction (30 minutes) / 2nd Round: Chat with Talent Advisor (30 minutes) / Final Round: On-Site Panel Interview with 2 hiring managers (1 hour). This process took about 3 weeks. My interviews with the folks on the talent side was engaging and I appreciated their genuine interest in our conversation. My final round was a little more nerve racking since it was in-person but none the less the hiring managers were on time and professional.

Question 1
Why Salesforce? Why Sales? What motivates you? How did you stack rank amongst your peers in your previous role? What do you think the top 3 traits a successful BDR should have?
I applied online. I interviewed at Salesforce (Dublin, Dublin) in Feb 2026
Interview

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Salesforce (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2026
Interview
Panel interview with current Business development managers. Recruiter provided some really helpful tips prior to the interview. I spoke with some current BDRs there which helped show preparation and reachout skills.
Was a good interview. Structured. Asked some tough questions. See how you’d do the role. What type of role youd reach out to. Briefly about prior roles. Overall good experience
