I first got contacted by Recruiter via email, had a few back and forth, Phone Interview with the recruiter, then I was instructed to respond back to several scenario questions emailed by the direct supervisor, moved on to in person interview with two high level managers in the department, and last interview with Direct Supervisor and Manager
