Interview
I submitted an application through their careers website and was called by a friendly and supportive HR staff member. I was invited to an online interview with a manage from the relevant team. I found the interview non-daunting and they encouraged me to be myself, allowing time when i needed to think. I would recommend the process.
It was professional and the interviewer was very attentive. I felt at ease and answered each question fully without feeling rushed or challenged. I found the questions to be well suited to my interview practice and felt prepared throughout.
