This was a very simple interview by my expectations, the question that threw me was the very first when they asked what vacation time i had already committed to! I expected that question to come much later in the process. This was a skills based interview, they would give a scenario I would give an example of how I had handled in the past. Both the hiring manager and HR person were very personable and professional they kept to the timeline of when they would advise a decision. I was offered the job 2 days later.
