Interview
I was initially approached by a phone call from an internal recruiter during the program's pilot phase. In-person interview what scheduled within a week, during which I was interviewed by several branch managers, HR recruiters and the District Executive.
Interview questions were standard sales skills questions and asking for examples sales success stories and of responses to difficult customer situations.
It took about 2 weeks to hear back with an offer, and another 4 weeks of salary negotiations before a start date was actually scheduled.

Why are you willing to commute so far for a sales position when you already have a job 15 minutes from home?
Interview was straight forward video interviews competency based questions. Easy enough and followed by telephone interview and pay negotiation.
Can negotiate to highest level of job and they will consider.

took forever to hear back from the HR Department. Standard consumer banking questions but for me it was a hook up so it wasn't too hard. they probably didnt do my background check
