I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Santander (Birmingham, England) in May 2020
Interview
I applied online and had to complete 4 skills assessments, (there are lots of practice tests you can find online,) and give written answers to a few questions. Once I had passed this stage I had to record my answers to questions. Finally the last stage was the assessment centre, this would normally have taken place in person however, due to COVID, it was online. From the beginning the application process was made clear. At each stage the task was explained thoroughly and I was given ample information so I was clear on what I had to do. The Emerging Talent Team were great and gave a lot of support also.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Santander (Manchester, England) in Apr 2020
Interview
The day was extremely varied and began was a grouped exercise where we had to work together to solve puzzles and problems in an allotted time period. This was then followed by individual presentations that we prepared before the day and was based off information we had been given beforehand; following this was a Q&A around what had been said. Finally we had a 1-2-1 interview to finish off the day.
We were contacted within the next couple of weeks around the day, feedback on our performance and then ultimately the outcome.
