Interview
I received a Phone interview from HR first to discuss my interest and qualifications for the position as I had no experience in the banking industry. I received a date/time at the end of the phone interview to be interviewed by Branch Manager and Head Teller of the bank. The day of the interview I was interviewed 1:1 with Branch Manager and then 1:1 with Head Teller. They then both came back to ask me a series of character questions and why I was interested in banking opportunities with Sovereign/Santander. They offered me a job and said I would recieve information from HR about training and orientation.

Discuss a time you had to deal with an uncooperative customer or co-worker
It was straightforward. Applied online. Got a call to schedule a in-person interview with the branch manager. Questions were simple. Come prepared with answer about questions regarding customer service. Also emphasize your ability to upsell products and services the bank offers. That will really catch your interviewer's attention.
Sit down with the district manager who asks you basic interview questions. Asked about my experience, and other common interview questions. Overall it was pretty painless and not bad to get through.
