screening stage with cv screening phone interview (30 minutes) with human resources - very behavioural, just to know if you are a great fit into the culture assessment centre (presentation, group project and individual interview) it was online
Online application, online assessment, assessment centre (cut in this stage). Assesment centre was a day long with several different interview, some the uncial some competency based. Feedback was provided but was not in depth as other recruitment processes.

Standard competency questions but very confusing group exercise
they are a very useless company did my test and video interview and passed since january 2023. these guys sidelined me and didn’t move me to the assessment center because they don’t want to sponsor. why did you make me waste my f*cking time all this while. just put it on your damn careers page that you don’t want to sponsor. if you’re an international student don’t waste your time applying to santander look elsewhere.
