The interview process was quite simple and casual. Candidates were only asked to prepare a PowerPoint presentation about themselves and explain it during the session. There were no technical tests or in-depth questions. Because of how loose the screening was, I noticed that some candidates were able to exaggerate or even fake their background and still proceed to the next stages.
