Easy phone screen with recruiter. Then did 30 minute virtual interview with 2 people. A lot of questions and they were a moderate difficulty, def harder than others I’ve experienced. Got an offer a week later but then got invited to observe and have a 30 min in person interview. Very weird that they offered a position and sent me to offer letter but then felt like they should interview again.

Was first given a 15 min phone screener. Waiting for an interview for the next steps. Questions during the phone screener was fairly easy with basic questions like "tell me about yourself." "tell me about your background."
