I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Shopify in Dec 2025
Interview
First interview was about the role which they kept incredibly vague, followed by him glazing the CEO for 25 minutes.
Went to the "life story" interview where we spent the first half going over my highschool sporting career into my first job 15 years ago in an unrelated capacity. Leaving me 10 minutes to cover the past 10 years of relevant experience.

I applied online. I interviewed at Shopify (London, England) in Oct 2022
Interview
I had about 5 different rounds; each one was between 30 mins to an hour with different roles, Recruiter, Product Manager, TPM, TPM head and so on. The discussion was mainly around my experience and what if scenarios. All in all the experience was very nice. What i hated about was how it ended; there was no information from the team on if I was successful or not, which put a very bad taste in my mouth given I had already put in around 4-5 hours of my time towards it. I had to email the recruiter several times only to be told that shes has left the company and the position is no longer available in the company.
