Really thorough but friendly interview process. It’s quite stringent as it requires tying test, intelligence test, technical interview and formal references acquisition, but by that stage you get a feel if you are the right fit for the company.

Typically 3 rounds. They do a good job of getting to know you and who you are. Then there's a gauntlet where they put you on the spot in some customer scenarios to figure out how you operate.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Shopify (London, England) in May 2022
Interview
The process was straight forward, I filled out the form on the Shopify website from which it took about 2 days to hear back with an invite to a lifestyle interview. There it was just about getting to know me and how I got on the road that has led me to apply for this position.
After that I was invited to a technical interview which consisted of 2 chats and a Email.
Overall I highly recommend creating a test store before the technical interview as it helped out a lot in preparation.
