The interview process is very transparent and easy to navigate - the Early Talent Recruiting Team is on top of their game.
To apply, candidates have to build a UI based on a prompt given in the application.
Once applied, candidates will have their application reviewed. If selected, candidates move onto a 'Life Story' behavioral interview, where you talk about your journey as a programmer as well as showcase a personal project on a high-level.
Finally, if pushed forward, candidates will interview with two Frontend Developers (at least one Senior). The interview consists of pair-programming challenges where candidates have to showcase their skills with building UI.
