Interview
The process took place over three sessions. It began with the initial phone interview concerning my resume and past employment. Second was the one-on-one interview where I spoke with one of the managers, also discussing past employment. We also discussed possible customer scenarios and how I would handle them. The third interview was a skills test for typing, comprehension and taking calls from irate customers.
