There is a heavy reliance on offshore contractors who depend on AI tools, resulting in low‑quality output that slows down development rather than accelerating it. Also there is a culture of pressure and unprofessional behavior, including managers raising their voices in meetings when delays occur.

Used to be a great place to work — talented, supportive teammates and a genuinely collaborative culture. The people are still the best part of the job.

Cons

Under the current management, micromanagement has become the norm and work-life balance has suffered. Engineers are given little autonomy, and there’s a persistent pressure to stay reachable outside normal hours.
