The first interview is via Microsoft teams & takes about 10-15 minutes. They also conduct an internet speed test during this time and ask a few basic questions. I'm waiting on second interview next week.

The initial interview was more about the job and why I want it. They also asked why they should consider me and what experience I have that would help for my role. They asked me what I know about the company and told me what the basics of the job was.
