The process involved an online application, followed by a telephone interview. I was then invited to an assessment centre at the offices. The AC process was well organised and we were well informed about what was going to happen. We had a group exercise and individual interview. The atmosphere was relaxed.

They asked quite straightforward questions, competency and motivationally based e.g. Why sky? Why the marketing placement? Explain a time where you demonstrated teamwork

Interview
The interview was very short - lasting only about 15 minutes. I was interviewed by someone in the current marketing team, and the current marketing graduate. The interview was informal, it took place in the corner of one of their offices on the sofas. The interview was timed and extensive notes were written during the process. There was an opportunity to ask questions at the end.
