Standard interview procedure, starting with a screening phone call with the recruiter then a phone call with a leader from the team. If you get through both phone calls you will have an in person interview with your future manager and likely a consultant from the team you're interviewing for. If that is successful you will go to a final in person interview with the local senior leadership. My talent acquisition point of contact was incredible and very responsive. They were in constant contact to tell me about next steps and keep me engaged. The process from the first phone call to accepting an offer was about 3 weeks. I've never had a better interview experience than my experience with Slalom.
