I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Slalom (Austin, TX) in Aug 2020
Interview
Hands down this was the best interview process I have ever experienced. From start to finish Slalom's personality of being a unique, people first organization came through during every step of the process. Everything from the warmth and candidness of the various interviewers as well as the transparency around the dynamics driving decisions around the hiring dates.
I cannot say enough positive things about the whole process and it set a new standard for how I will engage with potential hires in the future.

Question 1
How do I see myself working in a people first organization, and is that appealing to you?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Slalom (Charlotte, NC)
Interview
3 interviews - completely ghosted after 3rd interview. I reached out several times for next steps and no response. I am fine if I am not a good fit but have enough professionalism to let me know.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Slalom (Washington, DC) in May 2019
Interview
The interview process was a aeries of "get to know you" type conversations, without a specific agenda communicated ahead of time, and without a clear sense of the number of conversations left in the process. In retrospect, this is an intentional part of really assessing the character of the candidates against the cultural values, and Slalom takes great care in ensuring they are only accepting strong cultural fits for their team.
Thanks for taking the time to share this feedback with us, and welcome to Slalom DC! It's great that you felt as though the process was purposeful, but I believe your feedback is quite relevant as we could do a better job setting expectations early on in the process.
