Interview
The interview process....
1. Did not ask my name or who I was
2. Was more interested in judging my surrounding environment through the process.
3. Interview was strange he was disgruntled or obvisouly upset. Really revealing with red flags of toxicity in the workplace.
4. He never looked at any of my work, commented on it nor did he want to know my creative process or my diverse background in various industries.
5. Great HR case to make against a biased and unfair interview with a disgruntled employee who really knew nothing of my skillset.
Complete set up for failure on part of the company and their 3rd party recruiters. The Recruiter did a good job at Hyping me up about this company which turned out to be a huge company with mindless seats filled.
If you want to be a seat filler and just an ordinary cubicle robot, this will be the job for you.
If you are vibrant, creative, think on your feet, PATIENT, JOYFUL and KIND filled with talent and a broad skillset... this is not the place for you.
