I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Slalom (Dallas, TX) in Jul 2021
Interview
Interview process was smooth - talent coordinator (Gyorgy) was great to work with. I came in as a referral and was immediately contacted and felt my time and professional value was recognized and respected throughout the process. The communication was thorough and prompt. I would highly recommend.

Question 1
The interview process (I had 4-5) was very behavioral based and informal and friendly. There were no surprises or 'tests' of any sort - but my skills/experience were not in question. They focused on being a 'good fit' and finding the best area to place me for my strengths and professional growth.
Screening with Recruiter, 3 rounds of interviews (one with practice lead, one with people leader, one with people leader of practice lead). Interview questions included behavioural questions, general questions about background, and light case questions

Question 1
Walk me through how you would approach this project
4 rounds of interviews. Very casual. They asked about my background and my goals. I was given time to ask questions about the firm, as well. Everyone was very friendly and inviting.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself and why you want to work at Slalom.
From the moment I applied, the entire process was impressively smooth and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the team reached out to schedule our initial conversation. The interview itself was well-structured and engaging, with thoughtful questions that allowed me to showcase my skills and experience.
