I was applied through college, process took 2 months then after they offer for job. Process was really too long.
First 2 round based on written question. Test taken online. Then after face to face technical and hr round.

The interview consisted of 30 minutes with an HR representative. It was calm and inviting in a way that I felt at ease expressing my background up until this point. However, I never heard back one way or another.
