Sourcegraph interview questions

They missed our first scheduled time, so I sat waiting for a a half hour After the interview actually happened- they ghosted me and continued to repost the job opp on LinkedIn without ever even telling me if they were going to be moving forward with me or not. As a strong candidate for that job, it was disrespectful to ghost me. They could easily automate an email for cases like this.

I went through a PM interview at Sourcegraph where the focus was on product thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration. The conversations explored how I prioritize features, work with engineers, and understand user needs, all within the context of a developer-focused product. It was a mix of strategy and execution questions, aimed at seeing how I’d approach building and improving their tools.
