Interview
Standard online application form followed by a relatively difficult online test on probability (I used techniques learnt in my first year maths probability course). There were about 5-6 questions to be completed in an hour.
After that there was a 'hirevue' video interview where you record your answers to predetermined questions. I disliked the lack of someone at the other end and found it hard to express myself to my tablet's front facing camera but I suppose you can practise this kind of thing.
