This was not an interview, so much as an invitation to join a pyramid scheme, at the bottom of course, as a bulk caller of potential customers. The job description/salary/benefits listed are not accurate/real. I asked. There are no benefits, and the salary listed is what can be achieved if you “max out/smash it” for 12 consecutive months, plus hit the more difficult objectives as well.

It seems to be a very low base pay leading to sales. This was not something I am interested in for my career. I have had several interviews with state farm but very few offered benefits needed for my family.
Easy phone interview. Asked basic questions for the initial interview, was very fast and easy. Hear back in 48 hours. Was asked why I wanted the job, and how comfortable on a scale of 1-10 how comforatabke I was with sales
