I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at State Farm (Bloomington, IL) in Dec 2015
Interview
Basic structured interview questions. Be sure to show up early, parking can be hard to find and the complex is large. There will be some technical questions, but basically they want to find out how you work and communicate. If you have a portfolio of work on GitHub, have that available and provide it ahead of time. Also, remember salary and vacation ARE negotiable.
