State Street Client Operations Associate II interview questions

Behavioral Type Questions and Resume. Wanted to ensure that candidate was right fit for group rather than had excessive qualifications. Consisted of a phone interview with HR and an interview with two more senior employees.

This was an internal move and I interviewed with two individuals, of which I it turned out I did not work with in any capacity on the job. They asked about 8 questions, 6 of them being behavioral if my memory serves me right.
