Phone call (1 month after applying), followed by case study presentation (HR said it was a 10-15 minute presentation, only to find out after I had completed a presentation that it was only supposed to be 5 minutes)
Even though it was a case study presentation, a large part of the interview would be centred around fundamental competency questions. So focus on your why this role type of question.
(Their India team conducts all HR, and I am going to be real: it was an infuriating process, and I would make it a point to stir clear of companies that relegate their HR functions to India). I hated it. It's always late, and getting a reply from a pigeon would probably be faster.
