Bad, unprofessional and pretty disrespectful. Was invited for an online interview, went into the online meeting early to wait - ended up waiting more than 10 minutes for the interviewer to 'arrive'. When the interviewer came online, he said he had to take an important call - left me waiting in the online video call. The interview process was pretty bad, interviewer did not switch his camera on and wasn't listening to my replies so I had to repeat myself many times. The job scope seemed to change throughout the interview process as well. Overall a pretty unpleasant interview process and experience with the interviewer.
