The process at Support.com was very smooth, and the response time was quick throughout. It started with one phone interview, followed by an onsite interview with around 3–4 team members.

Very easy. Had to go through a couple test then phone interview. Then i had to fill out paperwork through email. Was not stressful at all. Straight to the point no messing around.
Simple video interview that asked if you had troubleshooting experience and how technically savvy you are. Figure the interview also helped them judge our temperament as you will need a calm one for this role.
