Support.com Work From Home Support Agent interview questions

I applied for the job from indeed.com which took me directly to the support.com website. The application was really simple networking questions etc... Then I got an email about a week later stating that they were interested in setting up an interview. The interview went really well I spoke with a nice gentleman that asked questions regarding setting up a network on a windows 7 system.
