I recently interviewed for the Clinical Eye Care Educator position at Syneos Health, and while I appreciated the opportunity, the experience was mixed. The interview itself was professional, and the team seemed knowledgeable and friendly. However, after the interview, there was a noticeable disconnect in communication. I didn’t receive timely updates regarding the next steps, and it felt like I was left in limbo for a while.
Although I ultimately didn’t get the position, I did gain valuable insights into the role and the company. It would have been more reassuring to have had clearer communication throughout the process, especially considering the length of the wait for updates.
Overall, I think Syneos has a lot to offer, but I’d advise future candidates to be prepared for potential delays or gaps in communication.
