Structured and fun. I was nervous when I arrived and was quickly put at ease so that I could interview as myself. Once I passed the initial part of the interview I was brought out onto the floor to see what the reps do and to get a feel for the overall atmosphere.

Went to a hiring event, took the online test, had an interview that day, offered me a job, did the back round test, NO DRUG TEST ( i live in colorado you know why)
